Gosta de correr e tá precisando de uma forcinha pra começar a levar a sério? Carol Francischini talvez te inspire: desde o começo do ano ela se transformou numa maratonista! No Rio pra integrar o casting dos desfiles de biquíni da semana de moda carioca, ela contou pro Blog LP que, por causa do trabalho, só estava conseguindo correr 1 hora por dia na orla de Ipanema. “Normalmente eu corro 2 horas, na rua, em Miami, onde eu moro”. E por que a corrida? “Esse ano comecei a namorar o Guilherme (Valente, lutador de jiu-jítsu) e ele é todo saudável, então comecei a mudar também”.

E pra não ter desculpa, Carol já começou com foco definido: “Me inscrevi na maratona de NY logo de cara. Aí fui obrigada a começar um treino diário, né? E pelo menos uma vez por mês corro uma maratona de cerca de 27 km“. A de NY, marcada pro dia 6/11, tem 42 km e é uma das mais populares do mundo. Mas por enquanto, no Brasil, só a praia de Ipanema vai ver a modelo treinando. “Quero correr aqui, mas quero fazer a coisa direitinho, arrumar um patrocínio, porque aí consigo até planejar um projeto social, uma corrida beneficente, mais legal. Vamos ver se no ano que vem!”, anunciou. Até lá, você talvez esteja pronto pra se juntar à ela. Pra isso listamos 4 dicas da Carol pros iniciantes:

. Pras mulheres: “Pra gente a corrida é meio fatal, porque o peito cai mesmo. Mas resolve com um top bem ajustado – preciso comprar outro!”
. Ritmo: “Comecei ouvindo música, mas doía o baço, porque eu respirava errado. Sem música é perfeito, porque você escuta a respiração, sente o seu ritmo.”
. Rotina: “Mudou tudo na minha vida. 22h eu já quero cama! Parei de comer carne vermelha, porque me cansava muito.”
. Preparação: “Eu deveria fazer musculação pra fortalecer a perna, mas faço só pilates, pra minha coluna.”
